Campaign Report
The Campaign Report page gives you access to performance and engagement data for the email campaigns and SMS campaigns that have been sent by all account users. The page is accessible by clicking CAMPAIGN REPORTS from the REPORTS section in the sidebar of your TicketReach user dashboard.

The Campaign Report is split into two tabs: OVERVIEW and ALL CAMPAIGNS.
OVERVIEW TAB

When you open the Campaign Reports page, the OVERVIEW tab is automatically displayed.
FILTERING TOOLS
A DATE RANGE drop-down menu is located at the top of the page above the OVERVIEW tab. Click the arrow in the drop-down box to select the date range for your report. There are five date range options:
- Last 30 days (the preceding 30 days)
- Last month (the previous calendar month)
- Last 6 months (the previous 6 calendar months)
- This year (current year to date)
- Custom range (when you select this option, a calendar opens for you to select the specific start date and end date for the date range you want)
When you select your desired date range, the information on this page updates automatically.
EMAIL CAMPAIGNS SECTION
The Email Campaigns Section displays a number indicating how many email campaigns have been sent during the selected date range. This information also appears below the number in a green “# Sent” box. You can also see the number of email campaigns you have scheduled to send in the future during the selected date range in the blue “# Scheduled” box.
SMS CAMPAIGNS SECTION
The SMS Campaigns Section displays a number indicating how many text message campaigns have been sent during the selected date range. This information also appears below the number in a green “# Sent” box. You can also see the number of SMS campaigns you have scheduled to send in the future during the selected date range in the blue “# Scheduled” box.
ACTIVE AUTOMATIONS SECTION
The Active Automations Section displays a count of automated email campaigns that were active in your account during the selected date range. For example, if you have 3 unique active automations in your account, this number will display as 3 regardless of how many individual messages were sent to recipients during the selected date range.
EMAIL PERFORMANCE SECTION
The Email Performance Section shows you the average performance analytics based on the selected date range. The average is calculated by adding the data for all campaigns in the date range for each metric tracked (delivered, bounced, unsubscribed, and marked as spam) and dividing the result by the number of campaigns sent during the selected data range.
For example, if you send 3 campaigns during the selected date range with delivered results of 75%, 82%, and 96%, the average Delivered statistic that displays on your report is 84% (.75 + .82 + .96 \= 2.53/3 \= .84).
Metrics in the Email Performance Section
Delivered: The average percentage of individual email messages sent from your account during the selected date range that were actually delivered to the recipient’s inbox. Note that when a message is delivered, that does not necessarily mean the recipient opened the message.
Bounced: The average percentage of individual email messages you sent to recipients during the selected date range that were not delivered because there was a problem with users’ email addresses, mailboxes, or their Email Service Providers (ESPs – such as Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, etc.).
Unsubscribed: The average percentage of individual recipients who received your email messages during the selected date range and clicked the unsubscribe link in a message to opt out from receiving emails from you in the future.
Marked as Spam: The average percentage of individual recipients who received your email messages during the selected date range and clicked a link in their email platform to mark the post as spam or send it to their junk folder.
EMAIL ENGAGEMENT TIMELINE SECTION
The Engagement Timeline Section provides you with a graph of the Email Performance Section metrics (Delivered, Bounced, Unsubscribed, Marked as Spam) during the selected date range. This graph can help you identify trends, problems and opportunities.
For example, if you see a big spike in unsubscribes, a specific campaign may not have resonated with the target audience of recipients. This information can help you plan more effective campaigns and audience segmentation in the future. A large dip in delivered rates or increase in bounce rates could mean your list of email addresses includes bad data. You may want to review your list to ensure you have accurate addresses.
SMS PERFORMANCE SECTION
The SMS Performance Section shows you two metrics: the average percentage of Delivered messages and the average percentage of messages that Failed to deliver during the selected date range. The average is calculated by adding the data for all campaigns for each metric tracked (delivered, failed) and dividing the results by the number of campaigns sent during the selected data range.
For example, if you send 3 campaigns during the selected date range with delivered results of 30%, 52%, and 61%, the average Delivered statistic that displays on your report is 48% (.30 + .52 + .61 \= 1.43/3 \= .48).
SMS ENGAGEMENT TIMELINE SECTION
The Engagement Timeline Section provides you with a graph of the SMS Performance Section metrics (Delivered, Failed) during the selected date range. This graph can help you identify trends, problems and opportunities.
For example, if you see a big spike in Failed deliveries, you could be using a list of SMS addresses that includes bad data. You may want to review your list to ensure you have accurate information.

When you select the ALL CAMPAIGNS tab, a list of all campaigns created during the selected date range displays. This page defaults on the Email campaign tab visible at the top of the report. To view your SMS campaigns, select the SMS tab.
