UTM Report

You can access the UTM reports you’ve created in TicketReach by clicking the UTM REPORTS link in the REPORTS section from the sidebar of your TicketReach user dashboard.

The All UTM Reports page opens.

If you’ve already created UTM reports, they’ll appear in a list on this page. Select the UTM Report you want to view to open it.

Below the title of the report are two tabs: Overview and Report. The page defaults to display the Overview tab when you open it.

OVERVIEW TAB

The Report Overview includes two links at the top of the page. Click on the Campaign Link to copy an abbreviated version of the tracking link to your clipboard (available to AttendStar users only). Click on the Tracking Link to copy the entire URL to your clipboard with UTM codes appended.

Below the Report Overview title, the date the UTM report was created displays followed by the data entered when the UTM report was created. If you need to revise anything in the UTM report, select the EDIT REPORT button in the top right of the page. If you want to duplicate the UTM report or delete the campaign, click the three dots to the right of the Edit Report button.

The Most Recent Visits section of the Overview tab provides data about the campaign performance. Use the drop-down menu to select the visits you want to display. The data results include five columns:

  • Order ID: AttendStar users can view the associated order ID for the purchase from the AttendStar ticketing system.
  • IP Address: This column tells you the IP address of the person who clicked on the link being tracked with your UTM code.
  • Platform: This column tells you the email or SMS platform used by the person who clicked the link being tracked with your UTM code.
  • Browser: This column tells you the browser used by the person who clicked the link being tracked with your UTM code.
  • Created On: This column tells you the date and time when the visit took place.

You can sort the list by clicking the up or down arrows to the right of each column heading.

REPORT TAB

The Report tab provides detailed performance data for the UTM campaign.
