Import Events
To import events from AttendStar to your TicketReach account, click EVENTS in the MARKETING section of the sidebar found in your TicketReach user dashboard.

The ALL EVENTS PAGE opens.

Select the IMPORT EVENTS button to open the Import Events dialogue box.

Use the Start Date & Time and End Date & Time drop-down menus to select the events you want to import to your TicketReach account. You can search for events within a date range of one year.

Once you’ve selected your date range, a list of available events that you can import from AttendStar will display as a list.

The events list includes three columns. Use the up and down arrows to the right of each column heading to sort the list. The three columns are:
- Event Name: This is the name of each event available to import. Click the check box to the left of each event that you want to import (up to five at a time), or click the check box to the left of the Event Name column heading to select all events in the list.
- Event Venue: This is the venue for the event.
- Event Timezone: This is the timezone for the event.
After you select the check boxes to the left of the Event Names you want to import, click the IMPORT EVENTS button to immediately import the chosen events to your TicketReach account.
All contacts from the associated AttendStar event are imported at this time. Any pre-existing UTM reports are also imported.
When you click on an event after importing it, you’ll see three tabs at the top of the page: Overview, Attendees, and UTM Reports. The page defaults to show overview information about the event.

Select the Attendees tab to see information about all event attendees who have purchased tickets for the event. Select the UTM Reports tab to view all UTM reports for the event.
